Subject: Justification

What are the justifications for this exorbitant and extravagant jaunt to Mohonk Mountain House? Are there no travel guidelines for city workers?

Where are the requirements for mileage radius determining whether overnight expenses are justified. This is easily a drivable distance from their base of operations. Was this put out to bid? Why is a facility in Ulster County more appropriate than local facilities. What are the per diems for travel and lodging. Clearly, these costs are far above the allowable per diem & MEI.

Who are these facilitators? Was this put out to bid? Who picked the site?
This is an egregious waste of taxpayers money in a city so damn poor it can’t even support its public safety structure.

This is even bolder than poverty pimps of the past … iykyk
