Most of the dipshits on the council have been fully aware of the dysfunction of city hall in the past. What do they do now in a position of power? Nothing. They are complicit in demeaning this city while hoodwinking the public during election season. They are pathetic nobodies who have just as much "power" to communicate to the public, but they refer to the incompetent team they've hired as cover. They are cowards and traitors to our community and should be treated as such until they open their fucking mouths about what's going on. They have much to say at meetings when the public dares criticize them, but are silent when there should be full communication.
