What information have you given to clickfix that you’re concerned about? I don’t think the amount of times you’ve snitched on your neighbors is what the hackers were after.

As for the delay depositing your hand delivered check (ok, boomer) I’d imagine they held off until they were completely confident that it was indeed safe to do so. I can’t know for sure, but that seems to make sense.

We can get angry at the city for a whole slew of shit. Big picture, I don't think this is really that big of a deal
