Subject: Town Hall Wards 1 & 2

City Manager explained that Water/Sewer & Sanitation are fees, not included in general tax fund in order to save us money. We only pay for what we use. what's the taxable story here?

Regarding trash cans, he stated that studies of other places have shown that where there are no trash cans the streets were free of garbage.

There's more garbage here in Newburgh than I imagined!
