All you've done with this statement is prove how deficient and useless American education has become. Our children are no longer taught how to continually be curious and ask questions, they are being trained to follow orders and be good productive workers for the wealthy. Also note that China- that's supposedly watching their citizens' every move- has only several hundred of these surveillance centers while the US has thousands because the plan isn't only to observe but to control. The US has managed to let its infrastructure rot under both parties for decades to "defend liberty" that's only resulted in untenable national debt. Just look at Trump&co's recent begging trip to China. They got absolutely nothing and were made a laughing stock of the world. Why do you think it's not in the news?
