Subject: What's going on!!!

I've been a resident of this city for 17 years now, everyday I find myself questioning my decision to settle down here with my family. I left Brooklyn and found a beautiful old home in Washington Heights.

I follow this Chat board for entertainment really. But what is going on, I went to City Hall yesterday to pay my water bill and as I walked in city staff said good morning. Like what! Leaving to go grab some groceries I witnessed DPW staff all over sweating their behinds off in Tyrone Crabb Park. Like What!

After dinner, my son and I walk our pups along the amazingly bluff. It's actually clean! Then my son goes "mom look" holy molly are telescope is Back!

Like What is going on? Is this Newburgh? Where the heck has this kind of service been for the last decade!
