Harvey, I just saw the Workshop. I don't care how willing you are to talk to Spinelli and try to censor social media "rhetoric." You want to improve morale between the council and the rank and file? STOP LYING. Be a man and take responsibility for your actions. Correctly staff the Fire Department, will which in turn lower overtime. STOP LYING. Stop stifling city employees right to free speech. Stop bullying people. STOP LYING. Stop threatening city employees livelihood when they say something you don't like or agree with in a public forum. STOP LYING. Stop abusing your power as Mayor. Stop limiting speakers at city council meetings at 3 minutes and then you yourself speak for over twice that time. STOP LYING. That's a start.

You have to give respect to get respect.
