Explain to me like I’m five, why the City of Newburgh needs commissioners? For anything?

This is the most ridiculous, unbalanced perspective of how to staff and run a city of 30,000 that has the highest unemployment, least affordable housing stock, and crime and violence rampant even tho they try to disguise if so as not to disturb the recent investors. Betcha Liberty St Bistro closed because who the hell wants to go to that war zone to eat at night?

Newburgh, once a glorious and vibrant city, is the home of grifters, carpetbaggers and thirsty fame seekers looking for what they can take from the city. Commissioner Central. WhT a fucking joke.
