mRNA is a strand of nucleotides known as ribonucleic acid, and is single-stranded. As that relates to PCR testing, "A Nucleic Acid Amplification Test, or NAAT, is a type of viral diagnostic test for... sequences that comprise the genetic material of the virus."
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/lab/naats.html
- Kary Mullis, the inventor of the PCR test, made clear the PCR test is a random genome test and is 100% inaccurate when amplified at or above 35 cycles. “…with PCR, if you do it well, you can find almost anything in anybody.”
- 07/21/21...as per theCDC, "After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only."
https://www.cdc.gov/csels/dls/locs/2021/07-21-2021-lab-alert-Changes_CDC_RT-PCR_SARS-CoV-2_Testing_1.html
- Ask...Is there a record-of-sars-cov-2-isolation-purification?
