Fed "covid" funds were made available to update municipal service ventilation systems with HEPA filters. ZERO reason for a lack of follow through. Where's the oversight? It's curious that creating a website that allows the public to track the use of a municipaliy's use of ARPA $s, as some did, wasn't mandated part of the "deal". Funny how "mandates" work. Answering your question...no, however, others have and are demonstrating they will continue to do so. So the bigger question is "why?". That question opens a can of worms that will have dog eating dog over. I'm not optimistic questions will be asked. Krisp, it's been almost a week since being reported the go-to organization for guiding pandemic policy admitted to witholding data ("no chit"/sarc)...what's the public's reaction... crickets. Questions? Ask yourself, why the uptick in reinsurance?
