I don't think tough love works as well in writing." The boards are an open forum. I think everyone contributing knows they are, to have their ideas shared with others. If not, WHAT is their motive for putting their thoughts in the public arena? List memebers CAN be an authority on something and we all CAN dish out tough love. We have as much right, and we should be willing to do so. However, I agree that it is much more difficult a task in writing, which brings us back to our the drawing board, so to speak.
