Hi, I was diagnosed over 10 years ago, did the treatment then, but failed. Just started the new treatment and am praying that it works. I don't discuss my condition with anyone because I don't want to be labeled because of it. I most likely contrated it from a transfusion when I gave birth to my son in 1980. I would love to have someone to talk to and spend time with who undestands what it is like. I'm afraid to even start a relationship for fear of being rejected. I am a 60 year old woman, fairly attractive and active, easy going, caring and honest. I live in New York. I have tried, but cannot find a support group near me to attend. I have no symtoms except for fatique which sometimes takes a toll on me. I hope that I get some emails from people in my situation to make some new friends and mutual support.

Hello. I am a 58 year old white male with HCV living in New Jersey. I am very familar with the loneliness coupled with the rejection of others that comes with this disease. I am asymptomatic and would like to make friends and possibly more.

You sound like you are in the same place. Drop a line and lets see if we have found a new friend.

Take care Michael
