Slow, everything must be slow, life flies by much to fast, but I remain inching along, my body rate moves so slow that I don't even feel the need to breathe, so I don't... I set for five minutes (tho it seems like ours) without air, no need for it... I can go longer, but why, why do anything...

I pick up my guitar, see what melody is hidden inside my fingers... The tell me where to go, the comfort of music...
I have written several songs in this menial state, waiting for my anxiety to eb...
Feeling creative, that is my window, my music, I am not the greatest writer, and it is hard to express myself with words in general, but with music, I can truly show how I feel......
