I could struggle through this, but the best guys to ask are Papa and Belvedere. Especially, Papa. I get weekly reports of the best Army Surplus, ammo, etc deals from Papa every week. He has this little sideline where he puts together orders for everyone and then orders with various websites and catalogs. In fact, he is also a venerable, "talking" Weekly Surplus Sales flyer.
