Subject: English Army cloth source?

For those of us too poor to buy even a discounted jacket, is there a decently priced source for the blue/gray kersey? FHW doesn't sell it anymore, Chris Daley promised a seamless transition to his sales of their cloth, and CC is too expensive, and I don't like the way his looks.
