Rather than add to the avalanche of posts on the AC Forum I thought I'd contribute my two-pence worth here where I feel at home amongst my particular chums. The cancellation was a huge shock and has caused serious grief and loss of cash to many people on both sides of the Atlantic. However, it's happened and no amount of bitter postmortems are going to change that. I feel incredibly sorry for those who lost money that they could not afford to lose. I feel equally sorry for those many fine people whose hard work and dedication has been for naught. I'm also sorry that it delays the opportunity to meet again my fine rebel friends!!! BUT, onwards and upwards! This sad event has not shaken in any way my personal commitment to the cause of authenticity in all things. In a curious way it has strengthed my determination and has made Corinth an even more important destination on my journey. My personal contribution to that event will be a supply of the finest Whiskey that duty-free can provide (appropriately decanted of course) So, cheer up, October's not that far away and let us all make it the best yet!!!
