Dusty - My wife thinks inmates should only work in the hot sun, in Texas and get hardtack and water.

I think that is against the Geneva Convention though - the part about the hardtack anyway.

Taitski jaket Tovaritch? Da horosho - but sorry cannot attend event in town named for rich capitalist stooge...

free booze...is the Lone Star a great place or what? Throw in some free beef or venison jerkey and I am there... I can write off every trip now as I just picked up a new client in Carmine to go with the one's in Austin and Georgetown. Now if I can just find a client in Mansfield I will be set...

Guess we ought to get back on Corinth. I spoke to Patrick Reardon on the phone the other day. He hopes they make it a maximum effort. I have raised about $500 so far for them and he wants me to keep it over here for now and perhaps pay for their Corinth registration and preservation stuff...

wonder if he means like the bad whiskey that keeps Old Tom so well preserved...?

The stuff Tom drinks costs a buck two ninety-five a bottle and someone needs to hold a gun to your head to get ya to drink it, at least the first drink...real Texas booze.
