Subject: Some questions on how the 6th/15th Texas Consolidated
In reply to: Fred Yokubaitis 's message, "Re: Put on the brakes boys!!" on 08/11/04 8:26:54am

1. Fred Y - It sounds like you have all the help you need from Tom Bell on the rosters and background for the 15th Texas Dismounted, correct?

2. Fred B - With reenactor math, 35 going in should be good for us, as I imagine some folks will drop out due to real life. I will tell Kevin Saville that he will likely be placed in a different company should he decide to fall in with us.

3. Fred Y - Assume we will be numbered as 1st through 10th companies within the consolidated regiment and we would retain that if we fight as wings?

4. Anybody - We have a dedicated Company Clerk in Cpl Eric Fair. Does Tom Bell know how they reported on morning reports and such - was it simply as Company number or as consoldiated companies? Ergo, would the Sgt Major receive a morning report for the 5th Company or would it be Co B/G/H 15th TX?

Thanks!
Doug
