I'll be bringing along some foot and crotch powder for those that might get a lil tender. A good measure for hydration other than water (and plenty of it) is potassium... eat about 3 banannas daily till you leave... or for better measure... you can take a potassium pill just once a day... the potassium will help your body retain more water longer and will reduce the risk of serious cramping.
