Hi! I was trying to develop phonemic awareness in a lower preparatory child using the 'I spy' game. The child was asked to guess objects in the resource room. After a couple of sessions the child wanted to be taken out to the school garden as she was bored of the objects in the class. We had a nice time together later in the garden, of course!
I need other 'different' ideas for building phonemic awareness in this creative child.
Thanks in advance
