Subject: What specific rules and restrictions regarding freedom of speech exist on the forum?

What specific rules and restrictions regarding freedom of speech exist on our forum? Is censorship an inevitable necessity to maintain order and prevent conflict, or does it limit our ability to express our opinions and ideas?
What are the criteria for determining that a post or topic violates the rules and requires moderation?
Will the administration's actions be aimed at maintaining a balance between freedom of speech and the prevention of hate and abuse?
Will I have the opportunity to discuss these issues with the administration and influence the forum's policies?

A little off topic :)
