unfortunately this sort of thing is always going to occur, and there's nothing really that teh organisers can do about it, except from what has already been done and to maybe send out a sterner message of discoragement in the handbook.

i think the orgaisers did a fantastic job in very difficult circumstances and they should only be praised for this.
