My favorite TMBG album is definitely John Henry. I'm also a huge fan of Sonata Arctica, and I just bought their most recent CD "Winterhearts Guild" over the weekend. It's mildly disappointing after "Ecliptica," but still a solid CD. I'm also getting into Iron Maiden lately, and I'm a mild fan of Hammerfall and Blind Guardian. Those Scandinavians really have the metal thing figured out. Most recently, I purchased the album "Cult" by Apocalyptica, which is a heavy-metal band made up of four classically trained cello players. The album owns; I can't put into words how incredibly cool it is.

It'll be tough to come up with my favorite TMBG lyric since I'm listening to other music at the moment, but let me see what I can dredge up...
"The stone it called to me, and now I see the things the stone has shown to me
The rock it spoke a word, an animated mineral it can be heard
And though I once preferred a human being's company
They pale before the monolith that towers over me"

Twice as good if you know the literary backstory behind that song :D
