I understand the in-game mediation purposes for the ranking system... but, looking from the casual players point of view, I don't really think any ranks besides the leader of the guild should be necessary since we're all experienced and not competitively obsessive about games.
I think we should go with more of a "knights of the round table" ranking.
One leader, all equal.
