After all, you could make a case that those things aren't "actually" there, only weaves which are functionally indistinguishable. I would say that saidin has a very low mass, possibly a mathematical infinitesimal on a per-unit level. A "per-unit level" doesn't really have any meaning, but think photon soup. All the photons in the sun if you gathered them together would have a fixed amount of energy and might even take up space, but no mass. Possibly saidin in that form has momentum but no mass.
Hmmm, I wonder if the Power ever has to pay the quantum piper? If yes then we could use that for units.
