Johan smirked as he recieved the message, and immediately headed for the castle. When he spotted Zenra, with what looked like Wyrd walking away from her, he slowed to a stop directly in front of Zenra.
"It seems that you have come to the same conclusion I have. I've had the knights working in round the clock shifts to make the city secure since shortly after the appearance of the large military force outside Escalvone. The mage corps assured me that entrance by magic will be impossible, and I've got the entirety of the overkills waiting in the outer city," Johan said, knowing that Zenra, and perhaps only Zenra, would understand the signifigance of the fact that the overkills were moving.
Although the overkills were only fifty in number, they were truly terrifying shock troops, the entire battalion capable of being directly in front of you, and you never knowing, regardless of your ability to sense auras or not. Their only armor being in their native talents, each overkill had been hand picked and thoroughly trained by Johan himself.
They were among Hogoromo's most terrifying weapons.
Johan bowed his head respectfully, turned and left.
At which point, Dias spoke up. "I don't know what all that was about, but it sounded terribly impressive," Dias said, not having a clue about anything military. "He needs to lighten up... why is he like that anyhow?... To hell with that question. Welcome home Zennie, how was your flight?"
