I got the official results from the report from my CT scan. Once again, I had an ominous feeling for good reason. According to the results, I no longer have one mass in my right lung. I now have 4 masses. One is 18 millimeters in size, the second one is 6 millimeters in size, and the other two are 2 millimeters each. There may also be disease in the lymph nodes again including the nodes in the aortic arch.

The below ruler is metric. Each line represents a millimeter. The numbers represent centimeters.

Dear Stacy, Jack and I are devasted for you because of the news, and we know that it is a huge disappointment for you and your family and us too. However, we have seen you receive bad news before, and you bounced back with good treatment stronger than ever. We are praying loudly that the same will be true this time----we believe that it will. Do you remember the note I sent before about God wanting to know what we want and to pray loudly for it? Please know that we are doing that! We know from experience that it will take a little time to get a handle on this news, during that time gather your strength from your family and friends, and then begin battling the cancer with what your doctor prescribes. Our hearts ache for you, but we know that you will get over this mountain too! More later. Bonnie

Hi Stacy. Sorry to hear about your results but we all know that you are strong & can pull through this. We are praying for you & remember that you have lots of people that care & love you & that are going to help you through this. You will overcome this obstacle just like you always do. You are the strongest person I know & I will be praying for you. Keep your head up girl you can beat this!

Hi Stacy, Well it has been a full day since I emailed you this morning. I have thought of you all day, and Jack and I have talked about you all day---that is why your ears are ringing!! We have been remembering your strong spirit and positive attitude----good, very good!!

Thought for tonight---it is to be warmer and sunny tomorrow. All of us feel better if we can be outside, especially if the sun is bright and warm! I hope that you will be outside tomorrow enjoying your beautiful flower gardens.

Have you had to cover your flowers since you put them in? We have some ready to plant that we keep inside during the night, and put outside during the day. We still are having very cold nights. Yours are beautiful!

We attended our grandson's baseball game last evening. It was so cold that Casey ( our granddaughter) and I went and sat in the car after the 3rd inning. The game is only 6 innings, but we just couldn't make it!! Jack sat through all of the game. Ryan has another game in the morning---that is why I know what the weather is for tomorrow!! I don't want to freeze again. Our love and prayers. Bonnie

My dear Stacy, In our last conversation you spoke of prayer, The need to pray for yourself. Well as it happens I took your advice and thinhg have begun to happen in my life.
