It's so nice to see your post in here!! I hope you keep coming back in!! You did it perfectly. As for the emoticons, just click on the arrow next to the word "none" and it will pull up a list of emotions. Just click the one you want and hit send after you're finished with the message. It will put a little emoticon next to the "subject line" of your post.

So far so good with the insurance company. Even after it was straightened out I didn't receive a check on time so at first I thought that was messed up. But I discovered that now it's going in direct deposit and I get the statement a couple days later. What a pain to have to keep after this stuff!! If I remember correctly, you and Jack actually had cancer insurance also. That had to be a blessing for you. I wish I had that but now I suppose it's too late to get it. You can't already have cancer and get it, can you? Fortunately my Mom just got it recently so if anything happens with her, she'll have it!!

How is your friend with lung cancer doing? A friend of mine just found out his father has it also. He writes on here a lot.

As for the shot in the stomach, I almost recommend getting it in the arm first to see how that is. If it's painful then try the stomach. Then you can appreciate how much better it is. If it's painful in the stomach for someone there's no place better to go to. Kind of like we have to have the rain to appreciate the sun!!

I love going to car cruises! I try to go at least once every weekend unless I have other plans. But I enjoy if I go Friday and Saturdays. The advantages of being single!! I can go anywhere I want whenever I want without having to worry about making someone else upset that I want to go often!! I also really enjoy going to the track to watch the races. It's actually the sound of the motor that I really love and I get to hear a lot of that at the races. I got sunburned on my arms last weekend. I wasn't expecting to. They say you're not supposed to be in the sun when you're on chemo but daggone it I'm going to live!! Next time I'll just have to take sun block!!
