天行者國際使團(Emmanuel Crusade International)於1999年秋天在美國成立，並訂立2000主顯節為團體成立紀念日。Emmanuel即主與你同在，Crusade即基督的勇兵，代表一個更新的力量。主顯節是基督向萬民顯露道成肉身的時刻，亦是勇於追隨基督召叫的日子。

「天行者國際使團」從事使徒工作，對象為在學及在職青年(學職青年)，並有以下六個宗旨：

一．靈修培育；
二．福傳外展；
三．祈禱與禮儀；
四．牧靈成長；
五．推動普世合一運動；及
六．回應聖召。

本使團著重靈修培育、福傳外展及牧靈成長。我們更切願能幫助青年信徒體會梵二精神的真諦及回應平信徒的召叫，栽培他們在教義、倫理、聖經、禮儀、牧民等領域上的知識及訓練。
