Hey Scott and John, not trying to be funny, but to answer the "who's" fault is it question", it depends on who has the most money and the best legal team. If a woman can sue Mcdonalds for Hot Coffee, and if somone can sue The WWF becuase a 7 seven year old kills a five year old practicing moves, then a record company or artist can sue Campaq or Tascam for making CD burners that people then used to make illegal copies. I can see a movement to ban CD-rs (allow CD-RW's only), or force stereo manfacturer to make CD players that will only play Redbook format industry standard Compact Disc.
