I agree with what a lot of the people have already said, I think that as a rule one should use the concept of non-simultaneous communication to it’s best advantage. We should always revisit the message and verify every thing that is sent out. Angry or emotional emails should be edited. This way one can always have the upper hand. I think everyone has included this as a rule in one-way or another. I think editing means looking for errors in spelling and grammar and also flaws in content. I think an Email sent out in an off the cuff manor or emotional moment can be a lot more damaging than spelling errors.
