Subject: About PMR distance record in Finland

In Spoddy's Euro446 PMR website there is information about a claimed distance record made in Finland, between stations Rakke and Zero. The distance of the QSO, 209.8 km is correct. However, the other station of the two was using a directional antenna during that experiment. According to Spoddy's record rules, this sort of a QSO is meaningless PMR-wise. I very much agree and propose that the information about that record is removed from the "regular" record list.
