It's not really my area of interest, anything way up in the GHz region isn't all that much fun unless it's carrying comms or entertainment!

What specific questions do you have? Try Googling for : UWB RFID 6.75GHz

It looks like RFID can be used in a number of bands, using a number of RF modulation and data techniques, so it's too much of a wide topic, really.
