Yea i think you may be right, someone was mad about something and thought they'd make him sound bad by referring to something completly different that they thought others would just jump on and agree with them about, they were wrong. I was seriously reading it and thinking to myself..if anyone was going to take it dis-respectfully it would've been someone like you, Kimi or myself, someone with recent issues involving our troops and our country and pride. I mean isnt your brother or some relation in the military now? Many men in my family have served time in the military, lots of my brothers' friends are serving now, Kim and I have a friend who has been captured for 9 months now, we fly flags at our homes all year round..we've spent entire days making yellow ribbons and spreading them all around town(including the Gardens) in our free time in support of our country and our troops. We've been to rallys and freedom rides and all sorts of things in support of the US and honestly i'd watch the guys skate away during the anthem but it was the furthest thing from my mind because i know that i take that time to think about our troops and our friend and how he may have given his life for our country. Just to make my point again from the other post..them playing the anthem gives people the opputunity to reflect and show pride in some small way..its not a requirment.
