A friend who you're envious of...well, my dear, I know it's me. And, lemme tell you...it's good here AND there are lots of ups and downs and all arounds. What I do know is that everything I have is available to you in abstinence. I know that my prayers, FA community and sponsor as well as one step at a time is the only way I got here and have what I have now...and, I know that it could fall away in a moment by falling back into my food addiction.

I am concerned that you are projecting fantasies around my relationship with Ted --- and I have too and sometimes still do...and, honey relationship is HARD WORK -- my guts are out on the table almost daily, I am blown away my the lack of unison between myself in relationship to friends, to clients and then a whole nother me that comes out with Ted. It's a tough journey and a beautiful one -- but ultimately Kristin -- it's just a journey in seeing myself...and the way that I can handle that intensity in through my program. You and I have always connected there and I encourage you to come on back, try a meeting and remember that wonderful serenity that comes when you surrender to the powerful woman you are who is carried, loved and wrapped in the arms of God.

PS: You know, sometimes, I get envious of you being single and gettin lots of do dates and nights on the town and good lovin...so live up that single life for me, k?
