Date Posted: 14:32:58 05/16/05 Mon Sorry I missed yesterday's *free* Naked Yoga class. I was in Bay to Breakers, and since I walked, rather than ran, the course, I didn't finish until after 10 AM, and got stuck in the heavy traffic coming back from the Outer Sunset. Since late arrivals aren't allowed at this class, I just went home. Personally, I HATE breaking commitments, and since I DID promise Rob and others I'd be there, I feel bad about missing the class. Maybe if I'd gotten in better shape, I could have RUN the course, finished it at around 9:30, and had that much more time to get over to One Taste. (Then again, I was so sore after merely WALKING the 12k course that a round of yoga might have aggravated my hurts much more, especially if I'd been running...) Anyway, I trust the class went well, and that the "special guest" will give it a good treatment. I hope that the newbie I met at Thursday's "Introduction" group, and talked to about the special nature of yoga and nude exercise, got to attend and enjoyed it.
