We had an amazing turn-out last Sunday which made the class more special. And thanks for calling, we felt your committment to us and the practice of yoga.

This class was the best one yet. There were so many frames of pure bliss. My favorite was when we moved into tree pose and one of my new favorite songs came on ("Calling back" by Leslie Round) and my whole body felt like it opened. I also saw and felt how much energy was in the room. I felt my attitude go from positive to intensely more positive.

Our special guest had a great time and I'm sure you'll be hearing more about that soon. Thank you for being part of making that happen.
