go to celticdanceshop.com or dance-again.com if u dont mind a used dress. most of them are good as new and beautiful! i found a perfect, amazing dress for me for around 600 but they do go cheaper (or more expensive if you're willing). there are even a few brand new never worn good quality dresses for around the same price. good luck, hope i helped!
