Thats right Greg.

But in saying that, once the mark is given they can go as soon as they like. But to me, when I referee I don't see it as "where i've stopped is the mark". Untill I point to the ground (I was always taught never to use your foot to give it - be general) and say "there is the mark" then it hasn't been given.

Thats my view on it anyway.
