The General Assembly
Educate the proper ways of sanitation

The General Assembly,

Realizing that all countries shall have initiated studies promoting international cooperation in health fields, yet recognizing the recent stats of the region of Oceania is having sanitation tribulations, they do not have the comprehension of proper sanitation,

Aware that it is the whole region in generals decision and responsibility to make this choice, and that it will be impracticable to completely terminate this dilemma, it is still affecting this countries health by diseases not properly taken care of, which indecent sanitation leads to,

I. Expresses Deep Concern

(A) It is appalling that only two countries in the whole Oceania region are using adequate sanitation that are New Zealand and Australia, the countries that are in deep concern specifically are Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia;

(B) This Oceanic region is in dire need to be educated and motivated in the proper ways of sanitation to understand the causes of inadequate sanitation;

(C) Besides New Zealand and Australia the whole Oceanic region in large is being inflicted with the problem of improper sanitation by none of these other countries have a higher percentage of adequate sanitation than 52%;

II. Is aware that

(A) Realizes that even if this region is educated to fullest extent, that there still might not be a dramatic improvement in the amount of adequate sanitation;

(B) Recognizes that Oceania has the right to a international cooperation in health;

(C) Is aware that the price of the extent is important to the UN and this region, but by ensuring and securing the lives of millions is a small price to pay;

III. Recommends

(A) That the Economic and Social Council:

1. Advertise risks of and the proper ways of sanitation through magazines, commercials, and brochures;

2. Set up programs and seminars in stores, hangouts, schools, hotels, work ect. for how to prevent improper sanitation and that have proper sanitation for great examples;

3. To make sanitation general information.
