All the judge had to do was crack down and demand more respect for the court. Instead she cowers, then complains after the fact.

I would use him for his fighting spirit. It's one of the best around! How many other lawyers fight so zealously for their clients?

Now the fact that the appeals courts simply don't like Fieger is another story. That indeed may keep many from using him. It's already a LOT of work going to trial. To have judgements overturned is nerve-racking!
