I have just heard of Geoff Fieger - through watching a TV program.

Perhaps someone can answer the following question?

In both the Kevorkian issue and the Nathaneal Abraham (spelling?) case, the issue is "when is a child a child?"

Is there a contradiction in Geoff Fieger's position in defending both cases - when the answer to the question has not been decided?
