Subject: To my Angel Jacob

To my sweet little angel.We were so excited about you.I had chronic hypertension and it was dealt with 6 blood pressure pills aday but that wasnt enough I guess because when i hit 32 weeks I woke up really nauseated and feeling faint , we made it to the hospital as quick as we could and they done an emergency c-section but it was too late.I had a severe placental abruption and I lost alot of blood too.I am so sorry if I could have got there just a little sooner........My angel weighed 3 lbs and 8 oz and was 16 inches long witha head full of dark hair and looking just like your older brother and your dad.We miss you so much and you will always be loved and remembered by all the family.Everyone was so looking forward to you and they are all so heartbroken just as we are.Your brother and sister love you and they have found a star that they call Jacob and they talk to it almost every night.You were so precious and I nor you dad will ever forget you.My arms ache to hold you and take care of you and we look forward to seeing you again in Heaven...Love Mommy , Daddy , Jordan , & Jacey
