Subject: Our beloved son

Our son Alexander you were supposed to be born on august 1st 2005. You died six days before your due date on July 25th. We never got to hold you alive Alex but we love you more than anything. I remember being out of town on a business trip when I got the message from your mother that she was in the hospital with you and they said you had gone from us. As I sit here writing this message for you in tears I feel like a failure to you as a father. See your mom told me on that Saturday that she hadnt felt you move I should have made her goto the hospital and maybe save your life. Your Mom is taking this very hard because she loved you more than anyone could imagine. I love you more than you can imagine.You were delivered by C-section because I wouldnt let the hospital make Your Mom deliver you naturally because it would have been torcher for her. Its Christmas time and I miss you. I wish you could be here with us. Your Grandparents on both sides love you and are hurting too as well as your aunts and uncles. I know you are in Heaven and I promise you I will do everything I can so I can make it to heaven to finally see you and get to know you. I love you.
