Huh? I presume you're talking about TSE.

OK, first you have to log in. Then go to the navigation bar on to look for "My Home". Click on it.

Next, go to "Main Configuration" below, you will find something about editing personal info, email and password, etc. Click on the "Edit".

Scroll below to find a button for uploading your pictures. Remember to use a 80x80 pixels picture (use a photo editing program to help you size the picture to this dimension if yours is larger).
