They recently had problems with a hacker. I sent you an email. But I will tell you again. We need to get you into the modern world, woman! :-) I asked my husband what kind of computer or online service does not support java. Right away he said only webtv does not support java. You are very limited as to what you can do on webtv. You need another online service to bring you up to date. You will be able to access all those areas you cannot access on webtv.
