Subject: "I would have though..." She commented softly and absently - though part of her was glad that she hadn't had to, not only for her own sake, but for her father's too. He had always - as all parents usually do - wanted better for her than he and his friends had had. Plus, this way, all they really had was good memories.. Sighing quietly, she squeezed his fingers gently before brushing her hand absently through his hair and shifting impossibly closer.
