渣打馬拉松在2005年2月27日舉行,我相信大家都可以在50分至1小時15分內完成,今年大概有超過1萬5千人參與10Km,由於人數太多,我估計大部份人祗能在頭1至2Km步行或慢跑.至於練習,每星期兩次,每次30分至1小時己足夠,如果想追求比較好的成績,你可以每次練習增加少許時間和速度,例如每次增加1至2分鐘或每1Km縮短5至10秒.

如果你的體能比較好或己參加過10Km,想給自己較大的挑戰,我建議參加半馬拉松,當然你必須考慮有沒有足夠的時間練習.

最後,如果Metthew 有時間,可以每星期安排一次練習給大家或給大家多一些建議.

Metthew ,不知道你有沒有時間.
