After college, I moved in with my sister! She lived in DC in Dupont Circle a pretty well-known place. Anyways at first it was so fun, I loved it there was so much to do but then it got creepy. I've always had trouble sleeping at night but this was the first time I was aware that I was having sleep paralysis. I started getting them every night and I thought okay maybe I am just really tired. But then it got worst it was like someone was sitting on my chest and choking me.

Another weird thing was that all the lights in the apartment kept going out. We had to buy light bulbs almost every week. There was one night when it was really bad, I was laying there but I couldn't speak all you can hear was me murmuring I was trying to call out for my sister then I felt the bed dip next to me. I was lying on my back and I refused to move my eyes over and look I did not want to see what it was or what it even looked like.

I told my sister what was happening and she told me this apartment used to be rented to Chandra Levy. She has murdered at a park nearby and for years her murder was unsolved. Maybe it was her spirit they do say some spirits with an unfinished business stick around but the longer they stay the angrier they become.

I think the tenant before experienced the same thing because we cleaned out the closet in the hallway and found dentures and taro cards taped to the roof.
