There was still a faint tinge of respect for the ones he bonded to. The creature moved without saying anything. Another would have to be found.

But for the moment, he stepped aside. Valenthe truely had no idea of him, and best that was left alone. For the moment.

Instead he moved away, more of a trance like walk away from the elves, though the smell of the demon was a tingle on his mind. He would have tasted good. But as of the time being, he would let him slide by.

The urge for a bond was upon him, and anyone could supply it.
